Mag 37: Reversed faces

Image via Magpie Tales

two reversed faces
staring at each other
to know their identities
Who's who?
a look alike
in a cloak of the empty glass
intimate yet anonymous
in search of themselves
do I know you?

(I don't know what I wrote or does it mean anything, but it's something that came to my mind after seeing this picture. I did not even edit it.)

The posts that are unedited are sometimes the best! I love your take on the pic.

"Who Am I?" has been quite a popular interpretation of the prompt. I agree with P.P above. Sometimes one can over-edit one's poem.

Dear Priyanka: We think alike! Questioning self in the mirror! Wonders how many others thought like us? Hmmm...:)

To edit would be to change or remove something perfectly stated in its current form.

Nice write.
