Essence of Autumn

Like glitters of gold
they spread over the tranquil earth
leaving the portrait spellbinding
and ready for a new birth
a canopy of diverse colours
welcoming hearts so quixotic
sitting upon and beside
savoring the fall so pretty
as I walk upon them and feel
the golden maple under my feet exposed
I pick one up feeling its softness
beckoning an act of repose
beside standing the tree of oak
showering foliages on the grasses
turning the field from green to yellow
without any crudeness or hustle
a glance in the evening
I see my nature serene and quiet
the path of amber cloak
breathing autumn from day till night.

Your poetry certainly makes one think of autumn, its crispness and the smell of pine scent, pungent leaves.
