I do not know why
the sudden wind comes up
through the wreckedness
ruining the beauty of earth
with its rage.
I do not know why
the sun shines
so outrageously
that nature is bound to hide
her face beneath the shade of clouds.
I do not know why
the mind of human
dwells in the home of devil
becoming the fate
of others' lives.
I do not know why
the child cries
coming out of its mother's womb
though it's an occassion
a festive moment.
I do not know why
the kitten runs after its mother
though it has to spend
its entire life
being self dependent.
I do not know why
the mountain stands so still
even in the seductive power
of breeze passing by it
each moment.
I do not know why
the tears come down
even when I stop it
sealing all my emotions
sealing all my love.
I do not know why
so many questions
arise, though the answer
hidden in the core
of life.

Ahh dear all the questions of/surrounding of life unknowing/yet the one thing we know of far greater than any/answered within our hearts, still are they the right answers. :) A wonderful poem reflecting so much curiosity and wonder that goes through our lives daily. Ahhh the core of humankind :)~April very well written
So many questions--so few answers. The last stanza sums it up nicely.
so many questions we may never know the answer to...one, dont ever stop asking questions, but, two, dont waste life trying to answer the wrong ones...nice one shot!
Usually, I do not publish on blogs, but I would like to say that this weblog truly forced me to do so! Many thanks, truly good publish.
so many questions - and for some of them we will probably never get an answer. i always struggle to decide which of my questions i HAVE to get an answer and which i can live without getting one - nice to meet you!
Not sure if my first comment went through...
Life is truly a mystery filled with enigmas. Perhaps we are meant to just enjoy and observe them or only to know the meaning of some and not others. If we knew everything about everything, I think we might become disenchanted with the meaning of life and all of its tiny geometries. A philosophical piece, maybe the answers lie on the other side of existence. Enjoyed.
We've been placed in the same poetry group and I came to look at your wonderful work. I am taken with the many paradoxes in your "I do not know why" poem. Life is so full of paradoxes.
It's getting to the core that's key!
Very nice!
Very introspective One Shot!
(I like to wonder "Why?" too)
It was rather interesting for me to read this blog. Thanks the author for it. I like such themes and anything that is connected to them. I would like to read more on that blog soon.

Tears help wash away hurt...
As to an answer for all your whys - who knows?
very reflective, it challenges your readers to ask questions about life.
Wonderfully written question poem.
